slate flooring tiles No Matter what area you are looking to use Natural slate flooring for we believe we have the solution with our full range of internal tiles and external flagstones. Whilst the thicker tiles (flagstones) are suitable for inside use most people will prefer to use the thiner or calibrated tiles to save time and money internally. We do recommend that for outside and patio areas the Thicker 20+ mm slate is used .
Internal Slate Flooring
Our internal slate flooring or walling tiles are available in either calibrated or standard. Calibrated are produced with a set thickness and are machined down on the back to give a consistent thickness and are well suited to properties that have a level of floor that needs to be maintained . Our Standard tiles are 10mm +-2mm in thickness, both come with a slightly riven or honed surface with all sawn edges.
